Dear Prospective Marketing Partner,
Micoli Motorsports is currently seeking a race team-sponsor for the 2006 & 2007 seasons and beyond. We would like to develop a long-term relationship that would enhance and promote the goals of our race team and your business /corporation.
Micoli MotorSports owns two Mini Cup Race Cars, Mini Cups are ½ scale stock cars built just like the Nextel Cup cars you see on TV. They are real racecars, not toys. Mini Cup cars run 70-80 mph on 3/8 mile ovals. Our cars are an easy and affordable way for anyone interested in racing to
get into the action. They are also the best avenue for young drivers to begin their stock car racing careers. The Mini Cup Club of Western New York has races scheduled for Holland International Speedway, Wyoming County International Speedway, Chapel Hill Raceway, and Bliss Raceway.
At this time, one small sponsor and its owner financially support Micoli MotorSports. The races have no purses and the drivers receive no prize money. The drivers involved participate based on their interest and dedication to the sport of stock car racing. Sponsorship dollars will be used to promote the sponsor and pay for the materials (signs, vinyl graphics) needed to identify your business/corporation as the race team’s sponsor.
Program Scope
As our sponsor you would benefit from the following:
Billing - Our racecar will have your company name and logo displayed on it. Micoli MotorSports will provide this identification in all verbal and written communications for the duration of the agreement. This includes any advertisements, recruiting materials, and web site information, trackside and victory lane interviews.
Advertising - Sponsor‘s name & logo will appear on one or both vehicles (vinyl graphics). The same will appear on our trailer that we use to haul these cars to the races (rolling billboards). Our cars have appeared and will continue to appear at the following area shows, Cavalcade of Cars at the Erie County Fair Agricenter, Holland Speedway McKinley Mall car show, Mercy Flight Benefit car show in Lockport, Pike Fair Parade, FOAR Score Club and other appearances.
Appearances - Mini Cups are ½ scale racecars. Their reduced size makes for easy display and always draws attention and interest. The series sponsor will have the opportunity to receive the following:
Appearances of our Mini Cup racecar, in show condition, at your place of business, for the purpose of promotional activity, increased retail traffic, or special events.
Appearance of our Mini Cup racecar, in show condition, in a trade show or exposition for increased attention or traffic.
All appearance dates must be mutually agreed upon by Micoli MotorSports and the sponsor and cannot interfere with the race schedule or our race team operation.
Promotional Materials - Micoli MotorSports agrees to distribute any promotional materials (coupons / flyers / etc.) provided by the our sponsors at all race locations and at any show appearances.
Hospitality - Micoli MotorSports will make every attempt to accommodate the Sponsor with a reasonable and affordable number of pit and track passes to racing events at the sponsors request and you will always be welcome in the pit / show area of Micoli MotorSports and the WNY Mini Cup Club.
Web Links - Whenever possible, links from our website to the Sponsor’s website will be established.
We are open to any suggestions or ideas provided by the Sponsor.

2006 Race Season Packages include some or all of the Following:
Your company’s name / logo will be used in all promotional material for the 2006 year.
The company name will announced in connection with one of our racecars at the race tracks.
Company name and logo as well as description of your company will be put on our website with a direct link to your companies website.
Your Company’s name and logo will be put on our pit crew shirts, Driver suit, and all printed material & signs.
The #24 and or #48 Mini Cup Race Car will be available for your sponsored events, on an agreed date to help promote your company.
Your Company's name / logo will be placed on our car hauler to help promote your company.
$700.00 Sponsor / Marketing Partner and up Your company Logo goes on the car hauler.
